To coaches and players: It was a pleasure to host your in Pembroke for the provincials. If there was one word I could use to describe your entire organization it is CLASS, CLASS, CLASS. It's rare to get beat by a team 14 to 1 and still have your players coaches and parents come out feeling like they played a respectable game. That's what Pembroke felt after playing you........that's what any team feels when playing a team that has class! Well...the day has arrived to take it to the next level! The other teams have not really seen what Hastings can really do. Gear up team...and let's how them how we play ball on the westcoast!! Can't wait to watch you all in the Final! I think the Mayor of Vancouver should make Saturday a civic holiday and name streets after the players!! KEEP MAKING US PROUD!!
