During the Championship, you will have the opportunity to visit one of the main cities of the region, Val-d’Or. Of course, the mining industry is at the heart of the region. This is why we invite you to visit the Cité de l’Or, «the only site in Canada to truly immerse visitors in the center of the exploitation of a gold mine, one hundred meters (300 feet) underground». Also, discover the historic mining village, dating from the very beginnings of the city and still inhabited. These are only 2 of the many attractions that await you in our beautiful region. In addition, our baseball field is conveniently located near downtown which offers you all you may need.
